One of the things I enjoy with craft – is quite often it is the quick and simple ideas that give me the most satisfaction. Being able to turn a few basic materials into something. This is made from 1 gold wreath, some white felt balls (both from Pompluspom and 3 sheets of card (by American Crafts at Hobbycraft) and (of course!) a hot glue gun.
I have used my Cricut Maker* to cut and score the leaves, but you could do this using scissors if you wanted! This is actually the SAME leaf as I used for my new Infusible Ink ‘Merry & Bright’ cushion earlier in the week. A simple leaf shape that just ‘works’ to create a natural foliage effect when combined in different shades of green.
I think I will hang from one of our inside doors, or an option for part of a table centrepiece… Easy, quick, fun and festive!
