RETURNS & REFUNDS
Under the UK Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you are entitled to a cooling off period of 14 days after receipt of your order, unless in the case of bespoke items.
Should you wish to discuss an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Returns must be agreed in advance.
Returns must be agreed within 14 days of receipt of your order.
Returns must arrive back to The Crafty Lass within 30 days of receipt of your order.
Returns must be sent in their original state, in the original packaging.
Fabric must be uncut, unused and unwashed.
Buyers are responsible for returns postage costs, unless the item is faulty.
If your order is faulty in anyway, please contact us with details, including photos of aforementioned fault, to arrange a full refund. You will still need to return the item to us, but The Crafty Lass will cover full postage costs.
FABRIC
Please note that fabric is sold by the metre and is bespoke cut to length.
Multiple metres ordered, will be sent in a single continuous length.
Bespoke cut lengths cannot be refunded unless there is a fault with the fabric.
While every care has been taken to ensure the accuracy of the colours depicted in the photography images, please be aware that due to monitor resolution, lighting, photo processing software and other factors it is almost impossible to represent colour to 100% accuracy.
All of our fabrics are assumed to be non-fire resistant and hand wash only.
