I can hardly believe that I haven’t posted on The Crafty Lass blog in 3 months – where has that time gone?? Time flies when you are having fun… And can you believe that in that time – my second Craft Cotton Co fabric collection Wild Dreams is now out in shops! The designs are super bright and inspired by nature filled countryside walks within the UK. I hope the bright colours inspire you to get creating! What would you make?!
When Petal and Pip came out, it felt like a dream – and seeing this second one out ‘in the wild’ with people making and creating with the designs… it truly is a dream come true.
AND… I am absolutely delighted to announce that my THIRD fabric collection with Craft Cotton Co will be coming this (approx!) June 2022!
This one, is genuinely, so special. Each design, celebrates British poppies, and each one – is very unique and commemorative for special people in my own life. My Auntie Ann, sadly no longer here – had a very close affinity with poppies – and it felt important to us as a family to celebrate this…
Here is ‘Field of Memories’.
– Bunny’s Delight (My Auntie Ann’s nickname was Bunny, and she would literally delight in this!)
– Ann’s Love – This speaks volumes. Her favourite was the classic red poppy.
– Blue View – This echo’s the love of living by the sea – as do my parents and my mum as a child.
– Sweet William – This design not only includes drawings of said named flower, but my Grandad – and Ann’s Dad – was Charles William. He was often known as Bill.
– Lilian’s Garden – My beautiful Grandma, who I have been told I am very much like – was Lilian. Lil. Ann’s Mum.
This, feels very special. I am incredibly proud to announce my third, and poignant collection.
A celebration of life, British flowers, love.
Both collections are printed on 100% Organic Cotton.
